,Please join us on Thursday, May 15, 2025, starting at 4:30 PM at Make Way for Ducklings Statue in Boston Public Garden to celebrate one of the most prominent symbols of Ukrainian culture – vyshyvanka!
Vyshyvanka Day is an international holiday that aims to preserve the original folk traditions of creating and wearing ethnic embroidered Ukrainian clothes called vyshyvanka.
The Schedule of the event:
From 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM we invite you to join us wearing your beautiful Vyshyvanka at the Make Way for Ducklings Statue.One day only – Ducklings will be wearing Vyshyvanka-style clothing to celebrate World Vyshyvanka Day in Boston.
At 6:00 PM we will do our traditional group photo and unite to lift our spirits with Ukrainian songs accompanied by acoustic guitar .We hope to see you there wearing your beautiful VYSHYVANKA!
