Please join us for this international show of Ukrainian art and music. Vice Mayor of Lowell, Paul Ratha Yem will introduce Nataliya Proskura and Vladislav Shapiro, the architects of this evening’s event. Vladislav will give a brief description of the artists and their artwork.
Nataliya has said “…Ukraine is not just a country of fighters but also a land of great beauty and deep cultural history.”
Singer and bandura player, Olena Tsar will perform two 15-20 minute sets.
In addition, you will see an ongoing workshop of traditional egg painting (Pysanky) taking place in the loading dock common area.
There will be a cash wine bar and raffle tickets for a basket of local products, art and services.
