DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nThe 2024 TCUP Conference joins current discussions of w
 hat it means to decolonize how we think about Ukraine\, with a focus on po
 licymaking\, diplomacy\, and advocacy. Panels will focus on the meaning of
  decolonization\, what a decolonizing practice would look like in policyma
 king\, how to approach Ukraine and its neighbors amidst a perpetual Russia
 n threat. The conference will include four in-person panels that will be l
 ivestreamed to our virtual audience for a hybrid discussion that centers U
